Questions people ask
Why is the free export marked?
The band under a free PNG is part of the image, not a layer on top. It's how we pay for the free tier without ads. A pass removes it for three days; a plan removes it for good.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Yearly plans are handled by Stripe; cancel from the link in your receipt or from your account, and you keep access until the year you paid for ends.
Do my collaborators need to pay?
No. Anyone with a view link can look. Anyone with an edit link can sign in and edit. Exports use the plan of whoever owns the chart.
What happens to my chart if I stop paying?
Nothing. It stays yours, editable, and exportable on the free terms.
